Cash Bonus Scheme
When placed in a new nursery position, all candidates receive a cash bonus after fulfilling a minimum 3 months in their new nursery job.
Level 3+ £200
Level 2 £125
Level 1 £75
Terms of bonus.
Candidates must have passed probation and/or at least 3 months of service in their new role.
Candidates must not have received any disciplinary warnings (conduct or job performance) or absenteeism warnings from their new employer.
